Are you afraid of traveling alone? Are you afraid of trying new things? Are you afraid of living alone? Do you have fears? Many of us have fear, fear of traveling alone, fear of doing new things alone.  As a solo female traveler, I have my own fear.  I want to share my experiences on how to overcome that fear and build up that confidence. I am sharing 7 tips that I identify that helps me to overcome my personal fear.   -ask u this question if you really want to do this, how much you want it. -Accept and acknowledge the fact that you have a fear. -Identify why you are scared -Research & anticipate in advance -Take control of situation -To overcome your fear by doing some planning -Lastly is if you feel lonely (traveling alone, doing things alone, etc), how to get out of that emotion?  This video is made, inspired by a few guy friends of mine who don't enjoy alone time.
