In the second episode of the #keepmaking podcast, I sat down with Mike Faupel, the former owner of Alumilite and the new president of the consumer division of Polytek.  We talk about his experience in the industry and the philosophy he instilled throughout the Alumilite culture, the passion he has for his customers, the love he has for his employees, and much much more.

It was a blast to sit down with my "boss" and get his perspective about why we do what we do. He is also someone who "creates" his way through life and wants to help people truly.
