Basketball player Enes Kanter Freedom is outspoken about brutality in Turkey, China and elsewhere.

I’d think Freedom’s activism would be applauded by the NBA. Afterall, the league is a big supporter of activism from the Black Lives Matter movement.

But that wasn't the case.

When Freedom spoke out against China, he says it cost him his job.
