A New York City jury has found Daniel Penny not guilty of criminally negligent homicide. This is the way our justice system is supposed to work - free from political or racial bias and focused solely on the facts. Still, that hasn't stopped some on the left and within the Black Lives Matter movement from lashing out at Penny and claiming that his actions were somehow racially motivated, even though there's no evidence to support that whatsoever.
