I stopped at a grocery store the other day for yogurt, and there I was in the aisle for 11 minutes, wondering, how did this become a research project?
Greek or Icelandic. Oat or almond. Low-fat or full-fat.
And every container has a claim on it. One promises better digestion.
Another, stronger immunity. From what? I don’t know.

Now I’m leaving the back of containers like they’re contracts.
So I grabbed the one with Oreos in it and left. Took me about three seconds. Best decision I made all week.
