Vivienne is cofounder and global strategic leader for WomenEd, a global grassroots movement which connects aspiring and existing women leaders in education and gives women leaders a voice in education. She is also vice-president of the Chartered College of Teaching. 

In her keynote Vivienne will speak about her research based on lived experiences of women in education and leadership.
