Meeting the needs of teachers and teacher educators is at the heart of effective CPD. Learning can take place in different forms, and grassroots CPD is an important learning opportunity for many teachers, which is often born out of need, and provides rich opportunities for new learning to take place. In this podcast the value of grassroots CPD is explored with the aim to extend the discussion in the IPDA England Event on the 6th September 2021.
