Summer is creeping up soon here and schedules and routines are changing up a bit with kids out of school, vacations,and so forth.

In this episode I go over a key tool that helped me stop overeating my favorite foods in this case. Potato chips.
Have you started your Intuitive Eating Journey and tried to bring back all the foods you were staying away from only to find yourself overeating them in one sitting? Or were you doing so during your dieting days after trying so hard to use "willpower" to stay away from them?
