Brene Brown suggests we adjust a common phrase. She suggests we ask:  "What does support look like?"

Instead of asking someone if we may "help" them, we ask: "How may I support you? What does support look like."  Let's show kindness and compassion during this pandemic. COVID19 will show us what we are made of. Let's find the best within. Be well, everyone!
