I've noticed that over the past 15 years, maybe more, little girls are being pressured to grow up way too fast. Clothes, makeup sets, etc. are all being marketed to younger and younger girls. It seems that children go straight from being toddlers into being young women. I talk about this as well as grown women who seem to regress into being young girls, including using the dreaded baby voice, even when speaking to adults.
