In this episode I speak with Yasmine Mohammed about being married to Al Quaeda and being an ex muslim. Yasmine is someone in my mind whom is both a true liberal and feminist at a time when both these terms are loosing their meaning. 

She is the author of the book How Western Liberals Empower Radical Islam and has used her voice and her platform to become a human rights activist standing up for the rights of women living within Islamic majority countries as well as those who struggle under religious fundamentalism.

In this interview we speak about how she managed to escape from her oppressive husband and give her daughter the life she never had. We then go onto discuss how she is currently standing up to the hypocrisy of the political left for failing to stand for true liberal values.
