SERIES: IN THE WILDERNESSThis Sermon Series looks at the next chapter of the story of God’s people IN THE WILDERNESS. The Israelites had camped at the base of Mt. Sinai while Moses received the Ten Commandments and God’s instructions for worship. On their way to the Promised Land, the Israelites had to cross through a great wilderness. A physical wilderness is a dangerous, inhospitable place where food is scarce and troubles are multiplied. The wilderness is a place of lack and insecurity.
