WOW Episode 100

Thank you to all of you that have listened to and supported the podcast! We reached 100 episodes.

I am honored to have my friend Justin Hamilton back for episode 100 after his record-breaking performance at the Mid-State Mile. I also thought it would be great to have the guest that has the most downloads...yep that's Justin as well. If you haven't listened to Ep:64 check it out. It really sets this one up.

In this episode, we pick where episode 64 left off, where Justin calls his shot to come and win the Mid-State Mile. We discuss the races he ran leading up to Mid-State including his completion of the Fierce Dragon 200!

We discuss the lessons from his training that we all can apply to our lives. Like sticky thinking and how to push ourselves beyond our physical and mental abilities.

We breakdown his amazing performance at Mid-State and how he fought through several lows early in the race. How he wasn't rattled. Our preparation creates our separation. Justin's preparation separated him from others.
