On today's episode DeShawn is joined by Hamden native Kwadir Delgado-McIntyre, a former collegiate athlete who studied marketing and also obtained his MBA from Southern Connecticut State University. Kwadir was acting captain for the SCSU football for two years and has continued to be involved with the university working as a procurement specialist. He also recently started a conversational style series called "Let's Talk" in which he explores various ideas and philosophies.
