Kahindo Mateene is the founder and creative director of Kahindo, a luxury women’s wear fashion brand designed in NYC, ethically produced in Africa and available on Rent the Runway and Industrie Africa. She is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago and founded the KAHINDO brand in 2009. Kahindo is passionate about weaving her African heritage into her collections and empowering women of all ages, sizes and backgrounds, both in her native country and around the world. She was a part of the Macy’s esteemed fashion incubator program and a contestant on season 12 of Project Runway.

Marsha has over 30 years of experience in project management, finance, accounting and organizational behavior. She has worked with everyone from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, and she launched Burgeon Coaching to provide consulting and coaching service to business owners to assist them in becoming the best they can be.

Christine is the expert behind CL Designs. She’s a graphic designer who’s traded in climbing the corporate ladder for climbing mountains around the world. Over the past 5 years, she’s grown her studio to help lifestyle businesses elevate their branding and connect with the people most important to them.  Christine is also the host of the Brand Party Podcast. Michelle is a Professional Certified Coach who arrived at life coaching after almost 20 years in law and finance. She holds a BA in Psychology from York University in Canada. Michelle had a difficult journey that led her to where she is today. She uses these experiences to support families living with mental health challenges, and her mission to end the stigma surrounding mental illness.

Asia Marie is an attorney, speaker and advocate for single moms at The Lawyer Next Door and the law officers of Asia Marie Woods. She is an attorney for entrepreneurs who encourages her clients to go big, never play small, and to make sure all of their legal ducks are in a row. Asia Marie received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law; and received her bachelor's degree from Georgia State University. Prior to going to law school, she was a Dance major in Pennsylvania turned makeup artist in her early career. Talk about a transition!  In today’s episode, Asia Marie shares her personal trademark mishap story and the legal protections every entrepreneur needs to know to be successful.
