Like everyone, Rachelle has had to face her own challenges across her life. As a mother with 3 very young children, she found it particularly difficult . She felt there must be a better way to deal with the challenges she was facing.
This took her on a journey of self discovery and personal development, to lead a life which was happy and healthy and built on a positive mindset. Over some 10 years she has been able to gain some valuable life lessons and important tools, for building a positive mindset, and an enjoyable life.
As a result of this she has put together the 30-day Positive mindset challenge which showcases the best of what she learnt, and put into practice. These have been broken down into bite-sized daily lessons and tools for one to practice each day, and in combination can create a powerful impact in lifting one's own feelings of negativity, anxiety and hopelessness, for building a happier life.
