In this oh-so-true flashback to my youth in 1975, I recount the terrifying and humorous details of my unexpected encounter with a heat-crazed squirrel in the woods of Southern Oregon. Laugh all you want, but this story is completely true and continues to haunt me to this day, 45 years later.
