For over 30 years, Paul has been the owner & operator of two successful businesses; Total Balance and Mountain Climbing Adventures.  Total Balance is a intimate fitness studio where Paul has helped countless clients reach their physical and mental goals through individualized lifestyle programs. 
Through Mountain Climbing Adventures, Paul has guided clients to several peaks around the world, including Mount Kilimanjaro, which he has summitted 56 times.  

Gaby is a mother of three and an entrepreneur for almost a decade. Most recently, she sold her successful hearing aid practice and before that she was a National Sales and Support Manager for one of the worlds largest hearing companies in Denmark. She is a powerhouse in the business world, and has a passion for excellence in all aspect of life, work, home, and inside of the gym. 

Adrian has been teaching high school math, science and physical education for over 10 years.  He completed his Kinesiology degree at the University of Waterloo, before completing his Masters of Science in Muscle Physiology at Brock University.  Adrian has competed in both Crossfit and Rugby at a high level and continues to be involved in both sports as a coach.
