Lee is currently EMEA Territory Loss Prevention (LP) Manager at Nike (EMEA is Europe, Middle East and Africa) 

Lee works to minimise loss maximise profit and reduce exposure to risk across Nike's retail business including e-commerce and brick and mortar.

In the episode, we chat about Lee's LP career so far across large retail businesses as well as starting out his career in the Police Force and the transition involved. 

We focus on coaching in the workplace, how to build teams, manage people, culture and how to get the best out of the people around you. Lee talks about his 'every day is a school day' philosophy and we think ahead as to the impact of coaching philosophies in the workplaces of the future.
