The HOP returns to the land of the crab! Stephen & Gabe are heading back to Baltimore for a visit to UNION Craft Brewery. In less than 10 years, UCB’s beer lineup has grown from a single Pale Ale to an archive of more than 100 brews. Having quickly outgrown the original 20 bbl system, the company purchased a massive, 140,000 sq ft warehouse in 2018 and founded the Union Collective, a group of Baltimore-based, independent businesses operating under one roof that includes a coffee house, a distillery, an ice cream shop and even a climbing gym! Stephen & Gabe sample some of their popular beers including the first kölsch ever to appear on the show. And in our news & notes segment, the boys will take a look at the recently announced winners of the Great American Beer Festival.
