Being the "go-to" person for everyone can have a create a huge toll on your mental health, finances, and body. In the episode we are discovering how many hats you are expected to fulfill for others and what hats do you really want to be known for. Just because you are good at something doesn't always mean you want to be become an expert in that field. We also get into self-care and really figuring out what really makes you feel appreciated and no I don't mean the once a month massage visits..
Homework from this episode:
1. Write a list of the hats you are juggling and a list of the hats you want to be known for.
2. Figure out what truly makes you happy, how are you going to be intentional about filling your own cup everyday?
3. Find a community that you can learn from, surround yourself around people were you aren't always the only trendsetter in the room.
4. Get comfortable with asking for help.
