Set in a near futuristic Detroit, a city in decline, where mass unemployment and crime cascades the streets and a mega-conglomerate corporation creates and controls everything, from household items to military weapons, from the police to the local government. Add in a part man, part machine crime fighting robot cop and its a great 80s action flick, both a satire and a forecast of a future where big corporations reign supreme!
