In this episode, Valentina and I talk about mental health, especially in seniors. Valentina has done a lot of research on the topics, and has even written a book about mental health! She talks about her own experiences with maintaining a healthy mind and also discusses Simone Biles and her withdrawal from the Olympics. Tune in to another interesting, and important, episode.
