Except when you're a writer (traditionally published or selfpublished) the marketing never "goes away". Is it a good idea to employ someone to do it for you, and what sort of questions do you need to ask yourself. Where do you find such a person. How do you make sure they're not selling you shovels for your DIY gold rush?
