One on One, We are One program initiative by Novotel Tangerang “luarbiasa” talents aimed to grow empathy and to strenghten the bond between talents and casual or outsourcing team members during this challenging situation. 71 casuals and 22 outsourcings are touched by the heartwarming gestures.
