In this episode we use the DC Comics character, Poison Ivy, as our gateway to discuss Seasonal Affective Disorder, a.k.a. seasonal depression. The episode centers on what it is like to experience S.A.D. as well as some strategies for combating some of the more difficult aspects of this disorder.
