One week off…Easter and increased volumes got me!  But, back and ready.  First topic, our "busy" market…what does "busy" mean?  Next, Tiffyboy and the ever-important BOC commentary from their April Rate Meeting.  Third, kinda had a small bonfire in Vaughan Ontario with a bunch of pre-construction homes…conspiracy theories abound!
