How do we navigate challenges as we get older? I want to talk about life &amp; having the courage to challenge ourselves beyond what we think we’re capable of in our minds &amp; bodies. What helps us to feel fulfilled on a daily basis? How can we set &amp; work towards little &amp; big goals to have meaning and purpose as we become more experienced at life?
