Send us a textSam Crook was the Head Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Coach at Francis Ngannou's (Former UFC Heavyweight World Champion) foundation in Cameroon from 2019-2023, where he was bringing BJJ to underprivileged children. He is a well-accomplished jiu-jitsu black belt under Marco Canha which he achieved after reaching Brown Belt under Darren Yeoman. Sam's remarkable story takes him from being an uninspired young man in the UK, to finding and dedicating himself to BJJ and eventually taking a chance, moving to Cameroon where his life was changed forever.
