Send us a textIn the UK, suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50 and on average one man every two hours takes his life. Andy's man Club are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. Craig Harrison is the lead facilitator of Andy's Man Club in Plymouth. After struggling with his own mental health following a separation he found Andy's Man Club in a neighbouring town before opening a club locally. Now they help dozens of men each week by removing the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and through the power of conversation.Expect to get the Everyday Perspective on how Andy Man Club started, how they help thousands of men, how their sessions are structured, Craigs own story, the shocking truth about mens suicide rates and much more... Andy's Man Club has over 120 free support groups nationwide, running every Monday from 7PM except bank holidays. In these groups, men can open up about the storms affecting their lives in a safe, judgement-free and non-clinical environment. Our clubs are designed to be free of pressure, there is no obligation for men to speak, they can simply listen if they wish.With over 2800 men using our sessions every week, and an army of 900+ volunteers on board, the movement is continuing to grow week-by-week.
