Sin’s Power Is Broken
1 Well then, should we keep on sinning so that God can show us more and more of his wonderful grace? 2 Of course not! Since we have died to sin, how can we continue to live in it? 3 Or have you forgotten that when we were joined with Christ Jesus in baptism, we joined him in his death? 4 For we died and were buried with Christ by baptism. And just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious power of the Father, now we also may live new lives.

If we are saved from our sins, past present and future, why can we not continue to sin?
If you are a believer, you have died to sin.
Sin does not have the same grasp on us.
If you are given a bank account that has a balance that can never be exhausted why not spend as much as you can?
This is a fallacy. Sin is not like money. Sin is a lie. It will not give you what you are seeking. Sin is is constantly hurting you.
Live the new life, where you are investing in new spiritual currency.
How do you deal with a situation where you want your sins forgiven, but you want to do what you want to do.
If you regularly want to sin, are you really experiencing salvation?
The Best Man analogy.
If you were told that all of your best man responsibilities were taken care of, would you leave the wedding and go smoke in the parking lot or would you be the BEST MAN? relax and choose to cherish the experience of being the groom's best man?
All of your sins have been forgiven. So choose to develop your relationship with God! Don't run towards your sinful desires.
