These questions are raised by Pyotr, as he is joined by Turkish expert, expatriate, and friend, Emre Uslu - a journalist, academic, and activist. Indeed, Emre's expansive knowledge and vocal criticism of Turkish internal affairs, Kurdish autonomy, and its foreign policy have resulted in Emre being designated in the blue category of the "most wanted terrorist list" published by the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Turkey since 28 October 2015.
This episode is special too as it is the inaugural recorded on Twitter Spaces, involving new and diverse contributors.
