At the beginning of 2022, I became inundated with information on lucid dreaming. Then, through a mediumship reading, Jack brought it up. He said that it was one way of getting what I’d been asking for; information about what it’s like on the other side. 

For the rest of the year, I became my own science experiment, working to teach myself how to become lucid within my dreams. In the process, I became more lucid in my waking life, too.
