Ken Crenshaw is the current Director of Sports Medicine and Performance for the Arizona Diamondbacks.  He has worked in Professional baseball for over 30 years.

Ken has been with the Arizona Diamondbacks since 2006 where he has been the head Athletic Trainer until his recent promotion to his current position.

He has served as the head trainer, assistant trainer, and conditioning coordinator all in different organizations.  He has spent time with the Pirates, Braves, Rays, and Diamondbacks.

His training staffs in '04 and '05 were awarded training staffs of the year, both with the Tampa Bay Rays (then Devil Rays).
