In this episode of the Genius Activator, Nilofer talks with Rita Desnoyers-Garcia, a spiritual coach for stressed out professional moms who inspire her to be a channel for genius in their work together. She shares her journey to discovering her own genius from being stuck in a business that was royally failing and feeling like a complete failure as a person to being asked by a coach to be kind and gentle with herself. Just that act was revelatory and it led her down a path of researching and practicing self-compassion. She realized that she was in love with this topic and others around self-development, and women being free to be fully themselves. 

More and more she's been able to expand the enjoyment of living from her genius - whether it's through her presence, her coaching, her creativity in comedy, music, or cooking.
