Kristen Zacche is a dedicated Licensed Psychotherapist (MHC-LP) with a compassionate therapeutic style and a passion for mental health recovery. Kristen has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University. Her prior experience includes providing individual and group psychotherapy services in diverse settings, such as LIU’s wellness and counseling center for undergraduate students, and an adult counseling program for co-occurring disorders of addiction and mental health.
She has overcome many traumas, mental health sx, and her own existential crises. She practices her own mental health treatment, connection with the universe, and works as a therapist to help support others.
