You Are the Miracle: What Quantum Physics & the Soul Agree On | Gary Zukav's Personal Experiences
29 minutes Posted Jun 1, 2026 at 9:00 am.
) — Gary begins with the story of writing The Dancing Wu Li Masters at 35, drawn by a felt sense that quantum mechanics revealed the precise edge where the intellect ends and where what lies beyond it begins.
) — Gary returns to the breathtaking conclusion he wrote half a century ago: that reality may be one unbroken wholeness, no aspect of which is separate from any other and shares the shock of recognizing those words as an exact description of what he knows now.
) — Gary reflects on the path that brought him to this moment: Genesis, Linda, the love he never imagined was possible, and the understanding that every experience however difficult - was created to meet and transform the frightened parts of his personality.
) — Genesis answers Gary’s deepest “why” with four words: So you won’t know it. Gary explores what it means to carry wisdom not as information, but as lived experience.
) — Gary traces the arc of human evolution from five‑sensory to multi‑sensory to universal human - and explains that authentic power, the alignment of personality with soul, is the path itself, and that love is what awaits on the other side of every choice.
) — Gary arrives at the word that holds all of it: miracle. Not something outside of you but what you are. You are the universe expressing itself uniquely in every moment, through every choice rooted in love or fear.

In this DeepCast, Gary Zukav shares one of the most astonishing realizations of his spiritual journey: that the words he wrote nearly fifty years ago - in his award‑winning book The Dancing Wu Li Masters - described with perfect precision the truth he has since lived, learned, and embodied through decades of experience, love, loss, and guidance from his angelic teacher, Genesis. Drawing on the language of quantum physics, Gary returns to the physicists’ most profound and paradigm‑shattering conclusion: that what exists is one unbroken wholeness, no aspect of which is separate from any other - and that this is not a theory. It is what you are.
At the heart of this episode is a question Gary brought to Genesis in frustration and wonder: Why? Why did I have to go through all of that? The decades of searching, suffering, loving, growing, expanding - all of it. And Genesis answered with four words that dissolved every remaining illusion of intellectual accomplishment: So you won’t know it. Not know it as information. Know it as experience. Know it as life itself.
The miracle, Gary reveals, is not something that happens to you. It is what you are. You are the universe - and the universe is love. That is the only reason to do anything at all.

Embrace the Soul Step Challenge
Take out your notebook and sit with what Gary shares in this DeepCast. Think of a moment in your life - something painful, confusing, or hard to understand - and ask yourself: What if this experience wasn't something that happened to me, but something that happened for me, so that I would know it, not as a concept, but as lived truth? Sit with that. Then ask: in the choices I made today, was I creating from love - from harmony, compassion, and kindness - or from fear? Write down what you notice, without judgment. The miracle isn't waiting somewhere ahead of you. It is you, here, now, choosing.
