Embryologists play a huge part in the success of our embryos, but how many of us have ever had a conversation with one? Well, today we are talking with a very talented embryologist to get an understanding of what happens behind the scenes of a lab.

James Cooper has worked in 6 different countries and 12 clinics over the last 21 years doing all things IVF related. Throughout his career, James has seen the combination of skills and technology push IVF success rates to an all time high. After noticing a thirst for knowledge that most IVF patients have, he started an Instagram page called ivf_explained.

Listen in as James and I shed some light onto what embryologists do and things that you can look for in a lab. We also talk about his experience working with fertility clinics throughout the world versus in the US, the topic of genetic testing and even tips of what to ask your clinic for.
