Oh yes, I’m going there. We are talking about God, Religion and your IVF journey. Religion can play a huge role in your life’s decisions. It can play an even more confusing  role if your religion and life goals create conflicting in ideologies. But is IVF and fertility support innately against God’s will? Are you playing God by using IVF to get you pregnant?

This whole God conversation started because someone thought it was wrong and ungodly for me to have my blonde haired, blue eyed children through IVF. They thought it was wrong for me to be able to choose my childrens’ traits by picking out which embryo - wait, what? Choose my children’s traits? What is this, a scifi movie? 

Personally, I thought it was wrong for them to voice their opinion over my fertility journey when they obviously knew nothing about IVF.
