MEET The CRONIES! This Dynamic Duo is fighting Crons Disease together and helping many people along the way!   Aaron had Crones first and  gave it to Jen.  Not really but they were married for years before Jen was diagnosed and now they share everything!  Aaron takes a more pharmaceutical route and Jen goes a more holistic mind body soul approach.  Together they are raising awareness and raising a lot of money to find a cure for Crones disease through the Crones and Colitis Foundation in Canada. The CRONIES!!
