I’ve enjoyed following Freddy and Alyssa since they started Personal Growth Nation. Love how they are authentic and positive. Lately the podcasts are shorter and have more ads. 5 minutes of ads in a 35 minute podcast. Will continue to listen but hope they can produce shorter ads, as I skip through them anyway.

Freddie and Alyssa are awesome hosts! They are super engaging and have fun topics! I highly recommend the listen!

I recently discovered their podcasts but have been watching Freddy for years. The Wilson story on days was one of my favorites. I know it’s only going to be 2 weeks but I miss their podcast already. I can’t wait until 1/6.

Guys I hope you realize that the lack of masks is pretty much Florida. Here in NJ & NY everyone pretty much wears a mask all the time. Florida doesn’t give a crap but that’s because of Trump. I always wanted to move to Florida but after the pandemic and the way the governor is handling it never go there again. I wish you the best of luck, stay safe! Hopefully I will get to see Freddy back on Days. Have been watching 40 years!!!

I absolutely love this podcast. I watched Freddie the whole time he was on Days and wanted to keep up with him on different platforms. These two are so inspiring and they are so intelligent. You guys are going to do amazing things!

The podcast should be just Called The Freddie Show. They do not do good on the podcast because Alyssa is always copying Freddie and her laugh is very annoying. I think people would agree with me. Freddie and Alyssa are not a good couple at all.

You’re both just as cute as a bug. Lol. I love listening to an uplifting, happy podcast. No politics, no bad moods. You’re great!

I’m the more I listen to Freddie the more I love him! He is so real and genuinely a nice person! Alyssa is growing on me a little too. I love hearing you guys just talk. Where a lot of other podcasts claim to be “real”....these guys actually talk about the good the bad and the ugly of life.

The Freddie and Alyssa Show is one of my favorite podcasts right now. One of my New Year's Resolutions was to start listening to podcasts and this one was the perfect one to get me started. I strongly recommend and encourage anyone and everyone to give this a try and listen. No matter who you are, what you do for work, where you live, or how old you are I promise somehow you'll be able to relate to its episodes. The hosts (Freddie Smith & Alyssa Tabit) are just phenomenal and make the podcasts so much fun and easy to keep up with. It also doesn't hurt that you can easily tell that they are genuinely nice people. Another plus? Amazing and inspiring guests. I've learned so much from these people that I wouldn't know where to start. So, basically, stop wasting your time and give these guys a try!

Absolutely loved Camila’s episode. Her passion for what she loves and determination really reached out to me. All the episodes’ recent guests have been really positive and their stories help us all out since we all have a story we’re going through. Great job Alyssa & Freddie!!!!

Freddie & Alyssa are two of the most incredible, genuine, compassionate and brilliant humans ever! They are positive and uplifting and want to share it with everyone! They are not out to impress, (that happens organically) they want to make this world a better place! Everyone of the episodes so far are fantastic! Christopher Sean, Epi 001 is my favorite so far, but in a world filled with negativity, you really want to tune in here!!! They have made me a better person just by listening and thinking positively!!! 2 thumbs up, 5 stars for sure!!!!

I really enjoy this podcast. It's a great way to see the creation of an old friend. Freddie & Alyssa are very relaxed and personable. I wish I had more time, and more tech savvy, to watch shows like theirs. I could learn a lot.
