Learning a lot for this podcast!

I listen to a lot of Podcsts and have been a real estate investor for several years. Here’s what I like about Michelle and Jack’s podcast: 1. The length is just right. Not too short to where they leave you unsatisfied. Not to long. You don’t need to commit an hour. 2. The information is valuable and actionable. 3. It’s not a “pitchathon”. They briefly and humbly mention their courses and products, but are not pitchy.

I’ve known Jack and Michelle for many years and from the day we met I knew that the knowledge they have and shared was on another level. They are open, honest, and willing to share what works in their business so that others can impact your business.

Really helps me get in the mindset of being a business owner & scaling my business as opposed to just being a land dealer. Great compliment to the land profit generator.

I am a subscriber to a few of your programs, the hidden tax and flip it fast. Having trouble locking down deals, I get all the wing nuts that want top dollar. Here is one thing i know is common sense but would like to hear in the equation of money. You talk about buying tax delinquent then flipping for such a good profit, however in the equation of selling you don’t discuss where the taxes got paid and how that cuts into your bottom line profit. Two mics would be nice though. It always sounds like the one without the mic is in a tunnel, and you two are a chatty couple : )

This is a revolutionary REI podcast! I have been listening to tons of REI podcasts and many of them have fantastic content, but Jack & Michelle’s experience in flipping and earning cash flow from LAND is unheard of and it is rocking my world! I have listened to all the episodes and I love them all. They sound like an amazing couple who I would definitely love to meet one day. I already downloaded their Forever Cash Kit on their website and I’m very excited to begin to implement the process that they are teaching in this podcast. No matter how new or seasoned of an investor you are you will learn a ton from this podcast!

Jack and Michelle deliver the goods. I have blazed through the first 6 episodes and am anxiously awaiting the next one. I just listened to the first 4 episodes of this podcast and am very impressed with this new podcast. I was familiar with Jack Bosch before this podcast came out, but am now excited to hear more podcasts. He and his wife provide a mini seminar during each episode where they talk specific details about a certain aspect of the business model. I appreciate the level of detail and the openess in which the content is provided. Jack and Michelle are a great tandem providing different perspectives on each subject. I would recomemend this podcast to anyone interested in this unique niche in real estate.
