#168- Expect There To Be Obstacles 🚧

The Fit Parent Project was created specifically to focus on the idea of parents getting the self-care they deserve through health and fitness sustainably so they can live the life they want not the life they’re settling for.Getting in shape is a challenge in and of itself. Let alone trying to get in shape during the highs, the lows, and the chaos of parenthood. When in reality, the truth is, that self-care isn’t selfish.
