#159- If You DON'T Have A Vision, You're LOST!

The Fit Parent Project was created specifically to focus on the idea of parents getting the self-care they deserve through health and fitness sustainably so they can live the life they want not the life they’re settling for.Getting in shape is a challenge in and of itself.
