Alex de Minaur makes it three consecutive wins to advance to the semi finals of the ATP 500 Washington after a 6-4, 6-4 victory over American Brandon Nakashima.  He will face French lucky loser Corentin Moutet for a place in the final who took down Daniil Medvedev.
