There are four types of stories you can tell to spread the word about your business… Origin, Product, Customer, and What I Stand For. Think about your favorite company, why do you buy from them? Do you love that they are from your hometown, your best friend recommended them, that they make their products from recycled material, or that the donate a percentage to charity? These are all examples of their story. If you use one of these or all of them to promote your business you are allowing your customers to connect with you, if a customer feels connected to you and your company they are going to be repeat buyers.
