Bio Highlights.

• first diet aged 9 years

• weight seesawed all my life

• mother serial dieter

• tried every diet ever published or thought of 

• varied career in marketing, retail, hospitality, & prior to retirement, worked for a weight loss company

• Everything changed when father died with Alzheimer’s in 2012

• resigned & retired early

• started to take care of me

• turning point 2016, when I returned to the gym after several decades & in 2020 found IF

• reached maintenance quite quickly & still within myrange now

• cancer diagnosis in spring 2023

• after operation treatment & recovery, which I’m still. According to NHS guidelines, all is well
