On this episode of The Fab Collective podcast we have the pleasure of welcoming a dear friend and long time holistic practitioner for Fab, Kamila, where we dive into the topic of Breast Massage. Kamila is a holistic aesthetician and body worker based out of Edmonton. Her professional training includes Dr. Hauschka esthetician which is a skincare line tightly woven around Rudolf Steiners natural integrative work in anthroposophy. In getting this training she realized how interconnected we are throughout our body systems and how this relates to our physical, emotional and energetic states, considering the earth and cosmos around us. She wanted to expand her repertoire with training in Esalen massage and holistic chi Kung massage. She is forever a student and is always learning to better serve her clients.
With wellness being a big part of Fab’s life, she wants to continue to share more about her person wellness journey, the key people in her “wellness squad” and talk to experts in this field and today’s episode does exactly that. Fab and Kamila discuss in detail the principles of breast health and massage including:
- What exactly is breast massage?
- Why is breast massage an important part of our overall health?
- Breast massage has often been seen as “Taboo” and/or over-sexualized in our Western society. Kamila shares her thoughts on why this is and how to eliminate this stigma
- And of course, how is breast massage done?
