I share the stories of women from all over the world about their prenatal and postpartum journeys touching on topics such as pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti &amp; C-section recovery and postpartum mental health. Some guests are everyday women turned badass hobbyists and others are professionals currently performing for Cirque du Soleil.
I ask the key questions - How did they get back to what they love to do? How do they view their athletic body now that it has undergone birth?
