The Exit Interview is an improvised comedy podcast where the hosts, Luke and Dan, will explore the good, the bad and the ugly of employment. Every episode will feature an improviser playing the role of an employee leaving the mega-corporation Monolith. Luke or Dan, playing the role of an HR rep, will ask the character real exit interview questions in order to learn what lead to them leaving Monolith.
